on this day of my Own Remembrance of Austin |

I've been through the Transference, stepping into the shoes of the departed to the very beginning of my life, something that, just like qualia, is impossible to accurately describe.
I've been doing a lot of crying over the course of the past year, good tears, tears of pain and sorrow, and my tears never lie now I wake up in the mourning, reedy for the course of the day. I've learned so much the past year, being the author of my own thoughts and all, contrasting, rendering,... [Read More]

Discovery: BeatSaber Helps |

So recently I discovered that playing BeatSaber when I am having a hard time getting started for the day can be a big help. My routine so far is 10mg of Adderall, 30 mins of BeatSaber and my focus is good for several hours, even if there is lots of distractions such as the recent news cycle.

Undiagnosed adhd |

I wonder if anyone can offer advice or has been in a similar situation. I think my 18 year old has ADHD & although we have discussed this in the past he wouldn’t go through with an assessment. I have suspected he has ADHD for years and feels terrible about letting him down, by not pursuing an assessment when he was younger. There are many reasons we did not seek help for him but that’s another story and a decision I deeply regret.
I need to encourage him to think about ADHD and the... [Read More]

I recently moved to a new city, new state back last April. My job promised me good commissions, a mentor, training program up in VA. I was supposed to be in an office with my coworkers and even do ride alongs to clients. It was supposed to be great. Then COVID hit and Thankfully I’ve had my in laws and wife to keep my company but we moved into our own place and. I’ve been going downhill. I’ve been doing Keto, eating right, reading, keeping myself motivated but I’m still not 100%. The stress of... [Read More]

Extremely Indecisive, Can't Make Decisions - Need to Schedule a Doctor's Appointment |
Jan 07, 2021 - 9:44 AM - by chris87

I have extreme difficulty when making decisions. I get so overwhelmed that I become completely paralyzed. This happens with almost anything that is more than a routine decision. I have to schedule an ophthalmologist appointment, and I'm basically at a standstill. As I see it, I have about 3 or 4 options. If I were advising someone else, I would say to just schedule with anyone that can take you relatively quickly. Of course, that advice doesn't seem to work for me. Aside from ADHD issues, I...
