Hello all, I wish to share some news, both personal and generaly to each of you out there.

after about 8 months of mourning Austin, I finally accepted it and realize what " it" is. also I know what a "thing" is and well share. I passed through mourning with Reverence towards Austin and am humbled by it, it gave me my personal passage forward in living my life to its fullest (still at a step at a time basis while I get more zeal in my step)

Losing Your Self-Esteem and Confidence

So I've had ADD all my life but wasn't diagnosed until my early 20s. This led to my teachers and parents blaming and attacking me on a daily basis. In return, which led to depression and me losing my self esteem and confidence; I've never really been the same person since.

ok, who we are is based on what we do through experience, both intersubjectivity and what others think. (what we think about ourselves and what we do(top down) and what others think about what we do)

I'm good at cooking, I'm good at photography, I'm good at music.

who we are is also defined by our likes and dislikes, beliefs etc.

Our 18 year old son has always come across as quite childish. As an 18 year old young man he seems very resistant to maturing into adulthood, he does not want to concentrate on working towards his goal of joining the RAF.
