Question Sleep problems with Concentra

Hello!
I'm a 31 years old undergraduate student.
I have ADHD 100000% and I'm still struggling with studying.

Whenever I take Concentra I can study, focus, be calm and etc. for many many hours but unfortunately they also affect my sleep big time and when my sleep is affected, I become tired, negative and I don't like other people.

On the other hand when I do not take Concentra, I cannot study, become very lazy, I can sleep, I like other people.

Also my only choice for medication is Concentra because I am in a different country and I cannot change to Ritalin.

Also I sleep in some stupid student dorms and I have two room mates and when I am on Concentra I wake up very easily because Concentra also increase my sense of hearing.

I have also tried eating more oranges (Vitamin C for Dopamine), eating more protein, taking walkes as substitute of Concentra but I do not have any luck.

I'm stuck with Concentra.

Also I need 4x18mg of Concentra for effects to really kick in.

Do you have any solutions?

When do you take the Concerta?

Cheers,
Ian

Re: Sleep problems with Concentra

I can’t sleep on Adderall so I’m prescribed 25mg of Seroquel each night to help me sleep. I also have bipolar disorder so it works like a charm for me.
