What works in combination with Intuniv

I find it kind of difficult, to take anything in conjunction with Intuniv. It seems to worsen the site-effects of a lot of medication, making them impossible to deal with. I'm not really looking for answers here, more curious on which combinations other use with Intuniv, and how it works for them?
