Re: What do you tend to hyperfocus on?

Anything but what I'm supposed to be doing at the time!

I used to hyperfocus on sculpture and music.

Re: What do you tend to hyperfocus on?

You know, I've found that, in AD/HD, stimulation, be it chemical or otherwise is the key to keep me engaged. Anything that is stimulating can get me to hyperfocus.

Re: What do you tend to hyperfocus on?

Anything that I think is useful on the computer... But while waiting for pages to load, I like to play solitaire...

Or after the browser loads, I like to play tetris...

Oh, I love working with images, taking photos and loading them onto my computer and making scrapbook pages or greeting cards with them.

Scanning old photos, or comic strips, etc... onto my computer. The list is endless... I can find more interesting and fun things to do on the computer... which is why I don't get my housework done.

Re: What do you tend to hyperfocus on?

Anything that has to do with cars. I will read stupid technical articles on motors I don't even own and don't plan on owning. Useless information. I will focus on something I want to build and know everything about it and how to do it, but I don't have the moeny for a required tool or the materials so I never get to put it to use. IT SO SO FRUSTRATING!!! So I get a job. I hate it. I am unhappy. I am bored. All I want to do is create. I try to save money to buy tools or materials but it never happens. And I then have no time to put my ideas into action. Broken Dreams...I have a painting on my desk I started at least six months ago I haven't touched... I just need someone with too much money to fund my projects. Then I will have both the time and the resources and the proper frame of mind.
