Accommodations help

What kinds of accommodations have you found helpful and what was not?

What other accommodations did you NOT get that you think would be helpful?

I am thinking of going back to school (again), but truly terrrifffiieeeddd. Last time was a total disaster. The accommodations offered to me were a note taker & extra time in a quiet area to take tests. Neither of which was the least bit helpful for me. The note taker's notes were %r@p. I'm looking at an online non-traditional school. No tests (no test anxiety). No notes (no lectures). We work on projects through the semester w/ deadlines for certain papers/tasks along the way. Not sure what to ask for or how to get it.

Use of a dictionary.

receive powerpoints and handouts a day

I hope these help. You may want to check out
