Hasn't been well for most of this week, she's got a vet appointment on saturday, basically she's not eating much and something just does not seem right about her demeanour (sp)

i'll post a update after she's seen the vet

Nope its thursday now and no appointments until the one she's got, the good news though is she has eaten a bit more than she did yesterday, she's using the tray normally and she's been hiding in the garden (going into the garden is highly unusual for her cause the second she realises she's outside she runs back in)

Re: Willow

Update: Willow's got a heart murmur and we don't know what is causing it, vet says to monitor her for now but she might need to go in for tests to find out what is causing the heart murmur and what can be done about it grade 2 which is the next step up from the lowest grade, I need to research about what it means (without using Vet Google!)

The whole eating thing, the vet thinks next door's cat is the cause of it cause next door's cat stresses Willow out (Willow and next door's cat tend to have big fights with each other when they see each other)

Re: Willow

Well, now you know... But she's O.K. for now? Is the neighbor cat male or female?

Neighbour's cat is female, friendly with humans and tries to be friendly with Tigger and Willow but Willow is not friendly back, even someone who has no clue about cat body language would be able to tell that Willow hates that female cat with a vengence (Willow has her ears back, tail puffed, up, growls, glares and charges at her and physically attacks her with teeth and claws)

Willow will need to go in in a few weeks to have her heart checked out more thoroughly, at the moment it is causing her no problems so the vet is happy her just getting monitored for now.

i'm just fretting that i will lose Willow before Tigger Willow's only 4 and I was expecting Tigger, being the older one, to be the first one out of the two to develop health issues and go into the vet first and not get to come home
