Do MAOI or Moclobemide also help with ADHD?

I wonder since MAOI also help raising neurotransmitters wouldn't they also help with ADHD?

Anyone here who has tried a real MAOI or Moclobemide (reversible MAOI)?

I'd not want to take a real MAOI. Too scared of interactions. But I'd be willing to try Moclobemide but it's said to not be as strong as real MAOI.

Interesting question, I’ve considered giving Moclobemid a try
as every antidepressant (SSRI, TCA and Strattera) I’ve tried has made me feel terrible.

MAOIs are too dangerous medications, interctions are just a little part of risks. There are lots of them.

Why do you think so. I know they’re supppose to be like “the last resort”, but why do you believe them to be too dangerous? Moclobemide is suppose to be somewhat mild, after what I’ve heard.

It isnt about believing or not believing , just read possible side effects

MAOIs requires strict diet, if you do not follow that strict diet while you are on it. Side effects can be fatal.

Yes, I know that’s the case for most
MAOI. But as far as I’ve heard Moclobemide is an exception because it’s not irreversible.
