The sugar increases dopamine which wakes us up in the short term but eventually the excess sugar makes us more drowsy so we enter a vicious circle, more drowsiness, more sugar, more waste AGE, more drowsiness, more sugar....

Refined sugar is real bad for you,carbs are bad for you too as they are turned into sugar by your body.sad that everything that tastes great is poisonous to your system n stuff that tastes like refined carboard is good for you.

Sugar is at the basis of a great many ailments and diseases. I like to say that unused sugar molecules are like bored juvenile delinquents who go around the body searching for things to destroy.

I have drastically cut my sugar intake, but I am as yet still struggling to achieve a complete transition to a keto/paleo lifestyle.
