This study mentioned by PI_ADHD 29 was done in China, where the distribution of ABO blood types is roughly 48% O, 28% A, 19% B, and 5% AB overall.

In other places, the overall ABO distribution is different (in some places or ethnic groups, quite markedly so).

Wikipedia has charts and maps. (I haven't verified their accuracy, but let's assume they're not too far off base.)

It's important to take into account the distribution of blood types within a given population to know if there's a disproportionate number of people with ADHD who have certain blood types. Looking only at the distribution of blood types within a group of people with ADHD doesn't tell you much by itself.
