I don't think any food or drink has ever triggered a fibro flare for me.

Things I remember being a trigger are falling or getting injured,
and getting overheated. But I've had heat exhaustion twice.
So that might not trigger someone who isn't heat-sensitive.

Allergies may trigger a flare. I avoid perfume and air freshener like the plague.

Some say over-doing triggers a flare.

I've seen that there's a facebook forum for fibro sufferers.
I'm already on one for degenerative disk pain and migraine pain,
maybe later I'll check it out.
