Delta Wave Deficiency Mimics ADHD?

Another article on how poor sleep can both aggravate real ADHD but also generate similar symptoms where there is no ADHD.

Includes several interesting cases including the author who was getting enough hours of sleep but too much REM and not enough Delta.

Most interesting statement to me was that children on average get an hour less sleep nowadays than 100 years ago. If true, I don't see how this can be a good thing for our brains.
