The failure rate is 92% of those persons placed on felony probation, which elevates them to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation; where once again he or she can not be treated with the most effective treatments for ADD. Methamphetamine is a drug legally prescribed for ADD under the trade name Desoxyn. Unfortunately, these individuals have no idea that they suffer from ADD and that they are self-medicating.
